Do you Import your Items?
No! everything Is made In our shop located In Ashland, Ohio. We are a family run business and love to proudly state that love Is put Into every prop we mail. We have kids ranging from 8.5-15 and they all love to help with the process.
Are your Items all handmade?
Yes! With the exception of metal buckets, of course! haha!! I create/design all of our Items, and they are handmade here In Ohio.
What's your shipping time?
We strive for 7-10 business days! But we always will communicate and answer any questions you may have.
What’s your shipping costs?
Typically orders are $15-45 to ship depending on how many items ordered & size
Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Absolutely! If for any reason you are unhappy with your Item we are more then happy to work with you to resolve your concern and whatever may be the best solution for you. We always want you to love your Items, while we recognize we are still human and everything Is handmade so mistakes can happen. We do our best to make It right If a mistake Is ever overlooked.
We do ask for concerns to be brought to us within 14 business days of receiving the Item.
If an Item Is broken or damaged what happens?
We will do our best to find a solution that works for you!!! We always are willing to reship an Item If It arrives damaged, and will pay for return shipping to us for the damaged Item.
If an Item Is damaged or broken outside of shipping, while we don't have a warranty necessarily, we always stand by our Items and will do our best to resolve your Issue with It!! <3
